Part of the fun is experiencing
different lands throughout our journey.
The food, scenery and costumes generate
a different flavor and feeling in each.

It is hard to accept change or new ideas.
“We didn’t do it like that,” is a favorite saying.
In our organizations people live in these and other
lands.
Their values and behaviors reflect these places.
By understanding where others reside and where
we are most comfortable, we can create bridges to
visit other lands. We can bridge gaps and create connections.
By generating open discussions about lands,
you might have as much fun and excitement as
spending a day at the theme park.
