At Halloween we dress up
and show our secret selves.
I was at a party over the weekend
and met a tooth fairy, a princess
and a twister mat.
We all have secret selves.
Most of the time we do not
bring these people to work.
What if you were able to invite
these characters along with
their strengths to the office?
If you are a soccer coach,
you could bring encouragement and teamwork.
If you are a great beer drinker,
you could bring light heartedness and playfulness.
If you are a terrific cook,
you could bring food and nurturing.
If you are a mountain climber,
you could bring adventure and risk taking.
Sometimes we keep what we
love to do away from work.
By bringing the strengths of your
secret self to the office,
you could actually change the environment.
