Leadership Tip Being Intentional One of my goals for golf this summer was to break 100 on my home course. I shared this intention with the pros and assistants at my club. To support my efforts, one of the assistants shared a book entitled, Break 100 Now. The pros would also ask me how I was doing. Often we operate as lone rangers, trying to do it all on our own. By enrolling others in our dreams, they can support us. By expressing our intention it is much more likely to come to fruition. Energy from the universe and support from others show up to assist. So the next time you have a goal or vision, share it with others and see what happens. Last week I shot a 94!
