Leadership Tip
Are You Carrying the Torch?
The opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics
was held on Friday night. The lighting of the torch symbolizes
the commencement of the games. It passes from one runner to
another before it is lit in the stadium. The torch represents
hopes and dreams.
As a leader our role is like that of the
torch. Our job is to pass inspiration from one person to
another. We serve by guiding others toward their potential.
How are you bringing light to various
situations? How do you inspire yourself and others? What
dreams are you encouraging?
By answering these questions, you can ensure
that the torch of leadership continues to burn long after the
Olympic Games are over.
