This program focuses on leadership dynamics and how you can apply these to motivate team members. It is structured around these principles:

(1)  To lead is to serve

(A)   How to move from "seeking" to "giving."
(B)   How to "meet" people where they are.

(2)    Being "welcoming"
(3)   Showing and expressing appreciation
(4)   Inspiring and motivating through having fun.

In reviewing these principles, you will learn tools to:

(1) Increase your organization’s productivity and results
(2) Create stronger teams
(3) Increase satisfaction and commitment among team members
(4) Increase team morale
(5) Strengthen your personal leadership skills
(6) Attract new team members
(7) Keep perspective and appreciate others
(8) Empower others

Participants share stories and group exercises and are inspired to utilize the "spirit of giving" as an effective means to build and motivate a dynamic organizational team.

"This wasn't board training, it was leadership training."
