Building Your Flexibility, Focus and Energy Do you need to update your personal operating system to rethink your beliefs and assumptions? In this interactive workshop we focus on exercises that help you to understand how and what you think. We explore the impact of these beliefs on your actions. We also explore how you spend your time and how to increase your energy and sustainability. Participants leave with an action plan and clarity to upgrade their personal operating system. How To Increase Your Personal Productivity Do you feel overwhelmed and have difficulty prioritizing? Do you feel as if the day ends and you’re not sure where the time has gone? Do you want to focus more than you currently do? Do you want to be able to say no without guilt? If you answered yes to either of these questions, this workshop is for you. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn to use your time more effectively. We’ll discuss the top time wasters, how interruptions can impact your day and discuss 10 time tips for maximizing your productivity. You will design strategies to set clear priorities, defeat procrastination and deal efficiently with seemingly unlimited paperwork, phone calls and mail. This program can be extended to three hours and includes a personal assessment to discover your strengths, diagnose your weaknesses and determine your areas for improvement. In this interactive workshop, participants discuss the benefits of delegating, learn why they don’t delegate and discover a five step process for delegating effectively. Participants actively engage in practicing delegating by making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. How To Create Positivity On Your Team to Get Results Do you feel like your team is getting burned out? Are you getting results but not taking time to celebrate them? Do you just move to the next project right away? It takes productivity and positivity to get results. This interactive workshop looks at the seven components of positivity: trust, respect, camaraderie, optimism, values diversity, communication and constructive interaction. We will explore each component in detail and conclude with an interactive exercise that demonstrates how to use each.
